The Cleveland Community Recreational Center is located at 6 Minor Street, Cleveland Virginia. This community center is available to the public for parties and events. Please contact Russell County Board of Supervisors to make reservations. Many upgrades have been made to the Community Recreational Center, including upgraded building, sand volleyball court, ballfield improvements, outdoor bathrooms, boat landing, and picnic area with grills.
